January 2016-ReMilNet’s President, Sara Slettebo, has been named the Jacksonville Chamber Entrepreneurial Growth Division’s Small Business Leader of the Year for 2016. Each year, the Jacksonville Chamber recognizes 12 Small Businesses who demonstrate professional business acumen, leadership, and be a member of a Council or Division in good standing. ”The opportunity to support the Chamber’s mission of connecting, growing, and prospering our community, while also serving as an advocate for Chamber programs and services with local businesses is a responsibility I look forward to supporting both during the upcoming year and beyond.”
October 2015 – ReMilNet CEO Stan Halter, a 22-year Navy veteran, has been recognized as a Veteran of Influence by the Jacksonville Business Journal. Mr. Halter is active in military and veterans organizations, including the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association in Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Historic Naval Ship Association — which is working on getting the USS Charles F. Adams in Downtown Jacksonville as a museum.
