ReMilNet’s established methodologies, tools, and knowledge of best practices have been designed to improve productivity and results at all levels of an organization. This approach assists with maximizing limited resources, improving reporting, reducing risk, enhancing communications, and increasing performance across the organization.
ReMilNet assists with strategic and operational planning across departments and organizations. Examples of this support includes strategy mapping, organizational assessments, business case analysis, enterprise impact risk analysis, and organizational risk analysis.
From process mapping to process reengineering, ReMilNet uses best practices across CMMI, ITIL, LSS, and ISO to meet organizational objectives. ReMilNet creates standard operating procedures, user guides, training documents, and role and responsibility handbooks that reduce redundancies and improve efficiencies.
As organizations change and improve over time, it is critical to effectively communicate these changes. ReMilNet develops and manages policies and customer directives, mentoring and communication plans, as well as training packages to support new technologies and organizational changes over time.
From establishing new Financial Management organizations, to improving the understanding of financial management regulation across an enterprise, ReMilNet supports a range of taskings across financial readiness. Examples include development of Internal Controls Documentation and Training, Program Objective Memorandum development and justification, resource allocation, tri-annual review and year end close out, as well as procurement and contracting support.
ReMilNet offers a range of analytical and programmatic support elements to meet customer objectives across the organization. Our expertise includes personnel with backgrounds in program and project management, logistics, finance, configuration management, engineering, cyber security, and more.
ReMilNet developed process diagrams and supporting documentation for a large program. This effort resulted in the evaluation and development of more than 80 customer functions, including Financial Management, human resources, systems engineering, logistics, and IT to support ISO and Engineering inspection requirements. The customer passed the inspections, in party, as a result of the detailed and documented work developed with these processes.
