Quality Assurance

ReMilNet has a standard set of quality metrics and acceptable quality levels that are used for all project efforts, and are captured in the Project and Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP). Prior to the beginning of each engagement, we develop a PQAP that identifies project requirements, stakeholders, deliverables, metrics, risk analysis, and quality assurance parameters for the upcoming engagement.  This PQAP is reviewed and finalized at the project kick-off with the customer and key stakeholders to ensure the project, deliverables, and benefits are successfully identified and managed during project execution.  ReMilNet also conducts planned and unplanned inspections of work products and deliverables to validate information accuracy and quality, and also to proactively identify potential or actual issues in regards to the collection, development, or reporting of information.  ReMilNet’s standardized processes are designed to ensure contract tasks and deliverables are completed on time, every time, and thoroughly meet the customer’s specifications. The Seaport-e Program Manager works with the Customer and Team during the performance of the effort to ensure the project remains on schedule, cost, quality and performance.
